Most ready-made items ship within 2–5 business days. Custom items usually take 7–21 days depending on complexity. Need something faster? Tell us. We’ll sprint if we can. Extra speed may cost extra, but it’s worth the bragging rights.
We’re human, and sometimes shipping is a jerk. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We’ll replace it or refund you—your choice. Returns for non-custom items are accepted within 14 days in original condition. Custom pieces are handled case-by-case. We aim to make it right. Promise.
